We have lived here for over 4 years & thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a street i had always admired. Nice houses full of owner occupiers, kids playing safely in the culdesac, backs onto Trinity Sports Ground. What a great spot. This house came up for sale & i purchased it. After many years of effort, lots of ideas & lots of money were spent turning this place into something special. We created a place that was easy lo live in, easy to look after, practical, fun, romantic & all in a peacfull location. As life changes a business opportunity presented itself to us that was too good to refuse. It was never our intention to move from here & so it is with great reluctence we offer this for sale. The building inspectors & pest inspectors have just given it the all clear. Its freshly painted & everything is up to scratch.
