1.595 ha of flat useable cleared land – one of the last large parcesls suitable for development in Port Douglas. To the southern boundary is Crown Land (forested parkland) and to the rear, the land backs on to a council reserve. Code assessible uses include Multi-unit Housing and Retirement Facility and also reconfiguration of the land for residential purposes. These uses require council approval and fall well within council guidelines for approval.
