Step into your world, absolute privacy surrounded by a shroud of tropical serenity not just words it is reality!

And this could be yours!

Well known local architect David Quigleys brief was to design a tropical residence to capture the essence of the tropics. Being from New Zealand the owners fell in love with the tropics and wanted to create a truly tropical home in which they could enjoy the wonderful tropical climate and retain the warmth of sensational timbers.

The architect has emphasised the surrounding beauty of the rainforest with large bi fold glass doors opening onto the timber deck. The established tropical backdrop creates a magical setting second to none.

Consisting of three pavilions, the home is separated into a central living pavilion, the master retreat and the family wing consisting of a further three bedrooms and main bathroom. The fourth bedroom currently is used as a living room for their teenage son. All pavilion areas retain their separation, however integrate easily with the large deck and pool area.

The property sits on 13,580 m2 at the top of Stanton Road. The owners have advised that with Council approval the opportunity exists to further subdivide the property.

The large double garage has additional space for tools, while one side is drive through for boat or trailer storage.

There is also disabled access ramp at the side of the house.
