For over ninety years the Rienecker family have been part of the Innot Hot Springs community.
Unfortunately as time goes on circumstances change and the family have decided to sell their Hotel-Motel at Innot Hot Springs which as has a licence to
thermal mineral springs.

The Hotel-Motel is located beside Nettle Creek which is famous for its thermal mineral springs. Throughout the sandy creek bed bubbles hot water which is enjoyed many locals and visitors come here to sit in the shallows of the creek and enjoy the healthy properties of the mineral springs. In the past the water was bottled and sent to the old continent to be used for medicinal purposes

The climate at Innot hot Springs offers an escape from the summer humidity of the coast and the winter drizzle of the Tablelands and is a popular overnight trip.

Stewart Rienecker said that his family have may happy memories from the hotel, and has seen many changes during his lifetime at the Spring.

The Hotel has main bar, lounge area, formal dining area and kitchen, storage, office beer garden & BBQ area.

Two bedroom residence, 5 good size motel units. All improvements are in good repair.
