57 ha (141 acres) of gently sloping well drained soil. Over 4,000 avocados ranging in age from 4.5 years old to 15 years old. 3500 mature mango trees including various late varieties to extend the picking season.

Water allocation is 156 mgl all gravity fed from channel and waters 2000 trees at any time. A spring fed dam & 1200GPH bore completes the water supply. A total of 1414 m2 shed and packing area is convenient near the front road. The packing machinery handles 2400 trays a day. A 40 pallet capacity cold room is 12m x 8m.

MACHINERY includes 4 tractors including a Silvan 3000 L and 2500 L spray, forklift, mango packing machine, numerous spray tanks, plus various implements including 4×4 wheeler, 1 Bedford Tipper, 10 bee hives.
