This winery at beautiful Mission
Beach was established by Mary Lankester in 2000 and opened it’s doors to the public in November 2003 and is Australia’s first and only premium banana and tropical fruits winery.

All second grade fruits are grown locally and are sourced at very cheap rates.
The business employs 1 full time person and 3 casual employees.
Mary will continue to live in Mission Beach and will be available for contract winemaking or as a consultant in making the wines for the new owners if required.

In the past 3 years Paradise Estate Wines Pty Ltd has received 13 international and 51 Australian commercial wine medals.
An annual capacity of 75,000 bottles is achievable and that can be doubled with minimum capital outlay.

The purchase price is $185,000 (including $125,000 P+E) and SAV.
