Hot Springs Tourism Facility
The Tallaroo Hot Springs are a unique natural hot spring experience. There is an in ground kidney shaped swimming pool that has water running direct from the Hot Springs to the pool. The pool provides a unique experience that is a popular attraction for paying tourists. A modern amentities block that provides showers and toilets for visitors is surrounded by a camping area that is set amongst the trees on the bank of the Einsaleigh River. A walkway through the Hot Springs provides visitors with a natural unique experience. (The tourism facilities have not been used for 2 years but are very serviceable)

Country
Very good river flats along the Einsaleigh River, running out to pebbly ridges, red soil flats and sandy loam timbered country with ironbark, bloodwood, box and gum trees. It is well grassed with black and white spear, forest mitchell, stylos and urachloa along the river frontages.
An area along the river is used for growing and baling 100% of the properties requirement of hay.
There is and area of range country on the northern end of the property that is seldom used for grazing but can be used.
