Nestled on the coastline between trendy Port Douglas and the Daintree River and Daintree World Heritage Forest is Newell Beach, a small seaside oasis, home to many permanent residences and several holiday houses. This large parcel of land (14.68 hectares), its eastern boundary approximately 100 metres or so away from the beach, is a magnificent lifestyle block where your dreams can take shape in any number of ways. A small rental cottage exists on the block, and a section of the land is currently leased to a neighbouring farmer.

The Mossman Golf Club is a short walk/drive away for the sports minded and there is a small shop on the Esplanade near the caravan park. Newell Beach is a popular location which boasts a user friendly foreshore and pretty beach, as well as a public boat ramp for the avid fishermen, where the river meets the sea. Westward is the magnificent backdrop of the ranges, with Mossman Gorge, the Good Shepherd, and the Devils Thumb standing out dramatically against the sky, and to the North, Thornton’s Peak catches the eye. Town water and power are connected. For further information call Irene on 0417738547
