This 69 acre (27.88 Hectare) property is one of the main wildlife corridors between Lake Barrine and Lake Eacham National Parks, making it unique and special.
87% of the property is a registered Nature refuge to support the corridor, with 3.6ha (9 acres) of open pasture outside of the Nature Refuge offering excellent Tableland views and building sites. The property has 650m of Maroobi Creek frontage and 1km of feeder streams and gullies.
