Introducing a new level of style and sophistication to Hamilton Island, Waves on Hamilton, is the idyllic tropical retreat. Designed by iconic, award-winning architect, Harry Seidler, each multi-level apartment offers stunning views across Dent Passage.

Secure your very own distinctive piece of paradise in this exclusive development, located on the western side of the island within close proximity to the designer boutiques, cafes and fine-dining restaurants of the Marina Village and the Hamilton Island Yacht Club complex, due for completion later this year. Each apartment is architecturally sculptured, a signature of Seidlers more recent work, and incorporates the very finest finishes.

The interiors merge nature with tropical living. Featuring granite flooring throughout the living areas where discreet integrated lighting invites the natural beauty of the environment to fuse with the interior space. On the upper level, the unified space flows from the designer kitchen, fitted with stainless steel Miele appliances, through to the open plan living/dining area and spacious, curvaceous balcony.

Understated yet elegant, each floor plan has subtle differences. The fully carpeted sleeping quarters reside on the middle level. The master bedroom boasts a magnificent en-suite bathroom with white ceramic and glass finishes. The second bedroom has balcony access and shares a second bathroom with the third bedroom or study. The double buggy parking leads to the private ground floor entrance and laundry. A concealed dual air-conditioning system services every apartment.

Extraordinary care has been taken in the selection of building materials to protect against the elements and ensure privacy. A private swimming pool is nestled within the exotic landscaped gardens overlooking Dent Passage.

Architectural Vision – Harry Seidler

The site for the development of these eight duplex apartments is a sloping hillside featuring mature tree growth. The views to the water and distant islands are spectacular.
The essence of the planned disposition of the buildings is designed to maximise the panoramic outlook from each unit, and the result is a staggered configuration of four structures.

The curved roof plane creates a high ceiling, giving importance to the living and dining areas towards a continuous balcony and vista. The down-turned curve of the roof provides sun protection to the large glass area of the space. The balconies are alternatively concave and convex shapes, allowing wider spaces for outdoor entertaining that face the most favourable outlook.
