The well laid rectangular shaped farm is 5km off the Bruce Highway in Horseshoe Lagoon, 40min South of Townsville and 30min North of Ayr.

- Total area 86.75ha (214.36 acres); cultivated area of 54.09ha (133.66 acres) plus approximately 24ha (60 acres) under 3000 KP mango trees.
- 168ML Sunwater channel allocation pumped using a diesel motor via 300mm poly pipe along one headland; 200ML bore allocation pumped using an electric 150mm lift pump via 300mm concrete pipe and 108ML bore allocation using an electric 150mm submersible pump. Very good quality bore water is at about 10m.

- The rectangular shaped farm has 1.3km drills on the developed block which are watered in 12hrs.

- Soils run from red clays to black loam and are ideal for cane or vegetables.

- Farm normally cuts approx. 6000t of cane plus a nett income from the lease on the mango trees which expires December 2012. Costings have been done to remove the trees, level and plant with cane which are available.

- 12-15ML recycle pit including pump and return pipe line has been designed and costed which will drain the entire farm. A 50% Reef Rescue grant has been approved for the work.

- Machinery included is- Ford 8830 4×4 tractor with air cab, 4200hrs; Fiat F115 4×4 tractor with air cab, 4050hrs; Case 2096 2×4 tractor with air cab, 3200hrs; 6ft slasher; 2 row fert box with crumble rollers; 3 row grubber; hyd fluming roller; 3 row cutaway; 2 row fert box; 6ft back blade; grubber; Nuttall’s trash incorporator and 32 plate disc harrow with steel roller.

- There is no house or shed included.
