The property has a DNR water license for 8ML of underground allocation. There are 3 bore sites on the property of which 2 are not equipped. A 3 inch submersible pump (approx 6000 gallons/hr) services the mango plantation. A 2 inch jet pump (approx 1500 gallons/hr) would provide water for the shed (has to be reinstalled) with an additional 6 inch bore casing located at the rear of the property.
