There are 3 seperate outside zones, the area off the decking has room for 10 metre x 4 metre swimming pool and the front area is fenced from the street and is ideal for a childrens play area as it is fully viewable from the kitchen / dining room. All the gardens have a fully automated irrigation system.

Across the road is a recreation reserve with aussie rules goal posts and an ashpalt tennis court, behind the tennis court is a skate park, 700 metres down the road is Horseshoe Bay beach and shopping complex.
