Approvals
DA approval for 10 x 3 bed and 2 x 2 bed apartments, issued 14 April 2008.
Each apartment has two car parks, with one lockable for the 3 bed apartments and both lockable for the 2 bed apartments. All apartments have private courtyards and two bathrooms.

Construction Costs
The project is a relatively low cost construction project with some repetition and building heights ranging from one to two storys. Parking is at grade and there are no elevators. The unit GFA is approximately 1,670 m2. Refer to appendix 1 for a copy of the DA plans, and appendix 2 for a copy of the two different floor plans. It is anticipated that Gross Revenue in excess of $4.0 m is achievable for the twelve apartments in the current format.
