Each will be required to donate green land to the Crown if a higher
density development is proposed. Given the location of Austinville Road

Nestled high above the trees Serpent Mountain is a special, serene an d
some say even sacred place. For millennia it was a sanctuary for the
medicine men that journeyed from the coast in search of plants and
herbs, following the Morton Bay figs planted as their guide through the
thick forest.
Drawing its name from the mythical Rainbow Serpent that winds its way
through the McPherson mountain range and through dreamtime stories,
Serpent Mountain sits at 1400 feet, surrounded by protected old growth
forest in the foreground and mountains all around which forms a natural
amphitheatre at its summit.
Even today you can feel the energy that surrounds this place, as you scan
the 360 views down to the glistening blue ocean on one side and a series
of mountain ranges on the other. These elements combine to create a
sense of peace, tranquillity and serenity.
Located on Queenslands Gold Coast, this 86 acre freehold site offers a
unique opportunity for development thanks to its stunning ocean and
mountain view
