This home, situated in an elevated position in the beautiful Biddaddaba Valley, in the scenic rim, has been our family home for the last 20 years. It may not be the most modern home, but it is a very comfortable and easy home. We are reluctant to be moving, but due to age and health issues the
time has come.

The house has been well maintained and is a very sturdy building. It sits on 1.52 acres of usable land.

In late 2003 we had the factory built home erected for a family member. Since 2007 the house has
been unoccupied. We keep it for family and friends to use has a guest house, so it is almost as new.
It is council approved.

The main house is tri-level and has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with seperate toilet on the top floor.

The middle level holds the lounge, dining, kitchen and sun room. The floors are polished wood in the dining, kitchen and sun room, and the lounge area has carpet, but very good floorboards underneath.

The lower floor holds the family room, with a separate study,. Also on this level are a laundry, toilet and shower room.

There is a verandah at the front and back on the middle level.

Lots of windows and doors allow for a lovely air flow through the house, and each window has a wonderful view.

The 2nd house has 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining and kitchen. Bathroom and separate laundry room.
All rooms have ceiling fans and a/c in the lounge.

On the outside there is a huge 60 foot shed. It can hold up to 8 cars, but is currently partitioned
to give a separate area that can have many uses. Including a man cave.

There is a small garden shed near to the 2nd house.

There are 3 water tanks giving approx. 74,000 litre capacity
