The park rules are very simple: Don’t speed, Don’t create excessive noise. Use your common sense and ask the management for any permission to make building noise or additions or alterations. Rents are payable either fortnightly by cheque or by other means agreeable to management. These rules are virtually the same for any park and are governed by various government laws.
