The home has been retrofitted with an totally integrated ihome control system which is equipped with wireless dimmers, keypads, touch screens, iPads, light sensors…and of course a brain that controls it all.
As Mini Remote opens an entry gate – the driveway lights up and the house welcomes residents with romantic dimmed lighting and pleasant lounge music. Magnificent gardens spark and change its decorative lighting colours based on time of the day or occupancy of the house. The spa and sauna area are also connected with wireless devices and stereo system that sends its wireless signal 70 metres all the way to the brain.
This residence also features 4 separate music zones – all controlled from simple to use in-wall touch screens, iPads or even iPhones. Custom created themes programmed in-wall dimmers to trigger them. For instance, by pressing one of the dimmers the system activates a ‘Party Mode’ – lights go up at certain areas, party music cues, garage doors close – automatically.
Of course all of the media, projectors, TVs, DVDs and even a PlayStation 3 was integrated into the system.
