Two rare parcels of development site land, one 28,415 sqm and the other 24,651 sqm, have become available in the last approved canal estate on the Gold Coast. Three adjacent blocks each on Hope Island’s Sickle Avenue and Grant Avenue, opposite the imminent Hope Island Town Centre, have been offered for sale by negotiation.

The Hope Island master planned precinct, which will ultimately be home to more than 11,000 people, was launched in late 2007 with plans for the Town Centre to include an urban village with over 800 apartments and 72,500 sq metres of retail and commercial space.

One side of the development sites backs on to the canal overlooking the proposed Town Centre with direct access to the Coomera River and deep-water access via the Broadwater. It is close to Hope Island Resort along with golf courses, Movie World, theme parks, and water sports facilities.

The sites are centrally located on the northern shore growth corridor where surrounded by the prestige developments in Paradise Point, Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island Resort, Monterey Keys, and Oyster Cove. Only seven kilometres from the M1, and nine kilometres from Helensvale Rail and the Rapid Transit System that is already under construction. The development sites are close to already established residential projects that range from three to six-and a half storeys.
