Pavilions on Fifth is the newest cosmopolitan address in Palm Beach. Following the completion of Stage 1 in late 2009, Pavilions innovative mixed use design has set a new benchmark in this iconic beach side suburb.

The developer is APGL (Palm Beach) Pty Ltd part of The Australian Property Growth Fund who have circa $1B of commercial real estate in their portfolio and have recently been responsible for the 198 apartment Regatta Riverside development at Toowong, Brisbane and the refurbishment of The London Woolstore at Teneriffe, Brisbane into apartments and boutique retail outlets.

Purchase Terms
10% deposit payable by cash or bank guarantee of the full purchase price of the apartment. Payable to the vendor’s lawyers trust account within 15 working days of the contract being signed by both parties. The balance of purchase price to be payable on settlement. Settlement of Stage 1 apartments is available now with Stage II anticipated for mid to late 2012.
