Can you replicate an authentic Mexican adobe house? Well the answer is yes!!!

This is as close as you can get to a Mexican house on the Gold Coast and the property was built by award-winning builder, Martin Fiebig.

Building materials used are as authentic in style as one would find in Mexico and include rosewood timber windows and doors, random stone floors, mosaic tiles in bathrooms and forged iron detailing. Tiles were imported from America and the main door which is 300 years old was sourced from Indonesia and century old cupboards as vanity units, a thatched roof pavilion for the pool area is also Indonesian.

Spacious interior boasts an open-plan layout including living and dining rooms featuring built-in furniture, seating and joinery. Wall niches are used throughout the home as decorative detailing and to display accessories and artwork. A gas fireplace set into a concrete hearth and surrounds provides warmth in the cooler months.

The generously large kitchen features cabinets finished in Axalotyl bronze copper metallic paint with hand applied surfaces to rendered areas. Bench tops are granite and the appliances are European stainless steel.

Outdoor entertainment area faces The Broadwater and boasts a swimming pool with spa adjacent to the hatched roof pavilion doubling as an informal dining room furnished with comfortable built-in sofas, chairs, storage, barbeque and bar fridge. For your comfort the temperature under the hatched roof is cooler than normal on a hot day!

‘A brilliant outcome and a ‘must see’ for the lovers of unique properties’.
