Rhiannon Kerr is only 12 years old and is fighting stage 4 bone cancer (Osteosarcoma) & attends the Royal Children’s Hospital almost 5 or more days most weeks for Chemotherapy.
The bone cancer has affected her upper right arm which the bone has been removed, radiated and replaced with a plate over the top.

Rhiannon is very fortunate that her shoulder and elbow joint have been retained, she has permanently loss strength in the arm and as well as losing some movement.

The parent’s financial & emotional burden due to Rhiannon’s unfortunate illness is huge and is causing them a magnitude of stress and I can only imagine what will happen & what they are going through if we all turned a blind eye.

As the parents are clients of myself & LJ Hooker Springfield Lakes we will not be charging any commissions for the sale & some of our community has rallied together to help the Kerr family in their need to sell this block of land.
