When you come to live here, you will discover it is not just a place to exist but a whole lifestyle – a select group of people who not only live in this community environment but socialize and join in many recreation activities. You can be part of the early morning gym classes, swim in the heated pool, play bowls, visit the library or head to the shopping centre in the bus.

This is an over 50′s village, and while your grandchildren are welcome for a sleepover, children do not live here. There is a craft room with activities for the ladies and the men can gather in the workshop. I understand that some of the handier fellows help others with odd jobs in their homes.

By the way, you’ll also love your beautiful spacious home. You just don’t expect the style and finish on offer here. As well as the security of the gated complex, your villa has full security screens and doors. You’ll enjoy the privacy of the adjustable blinds on your east side veranda and the plantation shutters to the south that when open, reveal views across the well maintained gardens and lawns.

Your ducted air conditioned lounge room has a feature built in wall unit. At one end of the dining room is a cleverly designed study nook. The kitchen is a modern delight. There are two double size bedrooms with built in cupboards, a very nice bathroom and a laundry with a second toilet. There is plenty of storage with extra cupboards in the laundry and garage which has a very fancy speckled floor finish and remote roller door. The Tuscan themed back yard is maintenance free with its large storage shed. Solar hot water is a green bonus. If you have a caravan there may be room in the popular special parking area.

You will be very pleasantly surprised not just with this home, but joining this community.
