This property consists of undulating mostly timbered country with selected clearings and numerous riding tracks. It carries good supplies of native grass species that are very suitable for grazing horses. It is fully fenced and the boundary is cleared. Water is from 6 dams and a seasonal creek which runs through the property and there is 8,000 gallons of rain water. A pump on the main dam pumps water to a supply tank that supplies water for the house and garden. The main house is 2 B/R mud brick and hardwood timber construction that features cathedral ceilings, wood heater and front verandah. Other buildings include 3 old cottages, 2 with telephone connected, which are a mixture of mud brick and hardwood timber construction that are used at the present time for storage. Cleared flat areas are suitable for the establishment of an arena, exercise track and any other infrastructure required. Access to the property is from two sides which will allow entry to the State Forest and the opportunity for long distance riding.
