My kitchen and dining faces east leading onto a covered patio perfect for R & R time and which then opens onto to a fully fenced backyard so the kids/chooks/ pooch are safe to enjoy the lawn, garden beds and peer through the fence onto the pretty creek at the rear of the property. I only have two neighbours and the six foot fences give us all privacy.

I have just as much to offer for a great lifestyle outside the home; my double garage has partly been converted to a ‘you beaut’ well insulated, bright and airy studio with timber style floor, sliding doors and screen opening to the east, a window to the north. It is also complete with smoke alarm, fan, TV outlet and plenty of power points.
