We purchased unit 7, Crest Apartments, in January 2002, as our “principal place of residence” for several reasons. It’s location, close to the beaches at Mooloolaba, “Alex”
and Maroochydore (in fact it’s pretty close to all of the wonderful beaches on the Sunshine Coast) yet far enough away to avoid the crowds during summer and other busy times.

Because the complex sits high on a ridge, the views (over the adjoining golf course) to the coast are spectacular. We loved the gardens and trees and of course the birds which come with them. The overall size of this unit suited us too; plenty of room for us, and enough for guests, the children and grand kids, when they visit. Two car spaces and a good sized storage area, also appealed; as did the elevator from the car park, the pool and barbecue area.
