This is the Last Extractive resource within the Meridan Plains Sand Resource (Key Resource Area 49, KRA 49 ). Planned For the extraction of fine to course-grained sand under State Planning Policy 2/07. This parcel of land within the resource includes 5 titles of approximately 186 hectares.

South East Queensland is in short supply of sand. It is estimated this resource consists of approx 15- 25 million tonnes of sand that will supply the Sunshine Coast for the next 60-100 years.

This is a genuine resource investment opportunity which is the result of a decades work, with Local and State Governments.
