What a great block. The back yard faces south so we have selected this design to maximise the orientation and size of this block to make the best use of it. This home offers very large and separate living areas with a huge lounge at the front and main bedroom at the rear away from TV noise etc. This home also offers a large alfresco area so it is great for entertaining. We have built this home many, many times. It is a very popular and proven design.
