One of my favourite walks is from Cotton Tree to Mooloolaba via Alexandra Headland either on a beachfront pathway or on the beach. We also have Cotton Tree Park that is fantastic for recreation and BBQ’s or fishing along the River.

Feel energic? Grab your surf board and have a short stroll to Maroochydore patrolled and surf beach.

After 25 years, Cotton Tree has not lost its small community feel, yet is close to all amenities. Ideally this is the perfect unit to downsize to if you have that big house that needs lots of maintenance and requires lots of driving. Come to Cotton Tree and walk instead of drive or for the Victorian or New Zealander who would love to come and enjoy our beautiful lifestyle and sunshine.
