This location will appeal to 95% of people who want to live close to the water.
Yacht and high masted vessel owners would probably not be interested
Of the 95% who like this property, half would be limited by budget.
Of those remaining, many would lack the ability to see the bigger picture. (We have several draft plan options which may help overcome this hurdle)
