Noosa’s 650 metre strip of pristine north facing beach has outperformed all other beachfront locations on the Australian seaboard and can to be compared with such world renowned destinations as Saint Tropez, Malibu, Costa Esmeralda or Marbella. Strict development guide lines, building height restrictions and protected parks on each end of Hastings Street make the beachfront apartment stock very limited.
