This is truly one of the most beautiful Noosa River positions with a stunning vista across the wide river to the tall gum trees on the bank opposite. Each morning, you can watch the cormorants take off for their day at sea and then return later in the day to the gums opposite to contentedly settle in for the night after a successful haul. Theres an eagles nest on the opposite bank too and the ducks bring their babies to greet you in spring. Fish teasingly jump right out in front. As well, the locals put their crab pots out in secret spots nearby. But we cant tell you everything… other than confirm the axiom that this is paradise.
With a large timber jetty and sandy beach as well as a sparkling, infinity edge pool the family will be kept amused. As well theres a ramp for the true boating enthusiast. The expansive timber terraces on the waterfront will house a large event for family or friends very comfortably but if youre dining intimately theres an ideal space for that too. And of course the sun lounges will become a little overused as its hard to imagine a place which affords more relaxation.
The house itself was designed by famed architect Gustav Doneval who always ensures that ample light and breeze must come into any home he designs. Street-side theres an entrance courtyard and garden lined walkway to the large front door. The ground floor has two large living areas both overlooking the river and a semi-circular kitchen set a little higher so that the chef of the house doesnt miss out on any view. The dining room has ample space. Two of the double bedrooms share an ensuited bathroom and another enjoys an ensuite solely. Travertine marble flooring complements the shutters ideal for privacy and breeze. On this level theres also a large laundry and powder room. Upstairs is the luxury of a master suite and it is of a standard fit for royalty. As well there is a large terrace. The views from this level are really rather stunning.
Wyuna Drive is known as Hideaway Island. There is a huge park in the middle and it is a street full of great neighbours who will turn into friends. Currently holiday rented, this property could continue so or indeed turn into a home.
