I sit near the top of a hill. My grounds consist of approximately eleven acres of which my owners have cleared around three. If I think about it I would say my best feature is my position. Being near the top of the hill I receive refreshing breezes throughout the year and yet I am still protected from the worst storms. I have no road noise (which is very rare in the area) and I am still just 3 minutes from the market town of Eumundi, in Queenslands South East. I love my three dams, my fruit trees, vegetable garden and the mix of cleared and bush filled land.

I am a three bedroom home with one medium sized bathroom. Most people would say that my personality is better than my looks although I know I am not hard to look upon. I feel wonderful inside and my current owner has brought his own temperament into me, making me more than I was. My decks (both front and rear) offer you a place to sit and eat or chat, no matter what the weather is doing. My kitchen is just right for family cooking and its windows allow light to wash through, giving it an open feeling. My dining and lounge are combined but I think it makes for a more unified experience. Oh the parties, dinners and sharing that has happened within me.

I am not everyones cup of tea. I am not flashy nor am I a modern monument to technology. I am proud of what I am though. I am a small Queensland cottage built to protect my owners and offer a place of peace and comfort.
