‘Dinsdale’ is located close to Haden, high on the Range. The current owners have been running Cows and Calves for several years with similar neighbouring country used for growing out Bullocks. The road in is 4WD access in the wet times but accessible in dry conditions with conventional vehicles. The block is made up of protected kikuyu gullies which are perfect to cattle warmth and shade in all seasons, rising to plateaus and clearings of native pastures. High quality basalt soils are predominant with vegetation ranging from vine scrub through to cattle camps of Box trees and some handy Ironbark, suitable for posts. A smaller cooler paddock exists at the yards with a fenced wing into the yards for ease of mustering.
