St Thomas Church and Hall is being offered for sale and is one of those unique properties rarely seen on the market.
Both buildings are evidence of a bygone era when community closeness was in its prime.
The church dates back to 1895 when originally situated in Ruthven Street and was moved to the current site on the corner of Allan and Jellicoe Streets in 1920.
The adjacent hall was built around the same time and continued to cater for parishioners for nearly ninety years until de-consecration on 2nd February 2008.

Further development potential, subject to Council Approval.
