The proposed subdivision maximizes the available land area whilst providing a well planned community focused residential subdivision. *Parcel 1 has full development approval for 108 residential lots and 11 rural residential lots. The current design takes advantage of the elevation of the land to maximise the views in all directions. *Parcel 2 has preliminary development approval, changing the current design over this site is finalized and can be submitted immediately to council if the prospective purchaser desires to do so. Alternatively, a completely new design could be carried out over this parcel without affecting the rezoning of the site.
One of the key features of the proposed development is the large lot sizes that can be marketed at an affordable price. The residential lots range in size but average approximately 1000m2 plus. The largest residential lots are approximately 1.4Ha in size.
