Water

allocation for the taking of water from Thanes Creek. In addition there is a 90 mg/lt ring
tank.
Irrigation bores 1 & 2 are equipped with turbine pumps with electric motors, while
irrigation bores 3 & 4 are equipped with turbine pumps and diesel motors also bore 3
linked to bore 4 via PVC underground mainline. Each bore is delivering about 30,000 gph.
The ringtank is equipped with 2 China 8HB C35 centrifugal pumps driven by 78HP: Perkins
diesel motors.
There is also a 360mm China centrifugal lift pump driven by a Deutz diesel motor and a
further 150mm China pump driven by a 25HP China diesel motor.
