Opened in Toowoomba in 1970, with the original owner selling nine years later and remaining with the firm as a contract fitter until his retirement. The then manager purchased the business when that company sold up all its businesses, in 1989, and is now looking towards retirement. This business continues to operate at its original address, maintaining the standards and traditions and much the same format so successfully developed in earlier years.
This business specialises in the sale, installation and repair of all garage doors – both manual and electric – and electric gates. Its strategy has always been to present as a ‘one stop garage door shop,’ working with most manufacturers, and thus giving customers a wide choice of brands. The business offers a full sales and installation service locally and out of town, with repair and new work in all areas; sales only option for domestic and business sales is offered to people in the west.
