Over the past eight years the business has won seven Excellence Awards and has achieved five Finalist / Highly Commended Certificates. This is largely due to the Company Policies and Procedures that are in place to enable the employees to achieve the standards set by the company to achieve or exceed the client’s expectations.
The Business Service Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA) and a major supplier, Kimberley Clark, initiated the Golden Service Awards in 1998 to recognise excellent service in the cleaning industry.
Over the years the Company has developed their own Policies and Procedures to such an extent that it became the main driving force behind their development and achievements. These Policies and Procedures have been developed and reviewed over the years to ensure the growth and viability of the company. The Industry Association (BSCAA) Industrial Relations Legal Adviser has viewed the documents and has approved all Procedures.

The business serves the Toowoomba City and districts in an approximate radius of 50 – 60 kilometers but do travel further to carry out Insurance Claim work and for special requests.

*Carpet and upholstery cleaning, stain removal and *carpet and fabric protection
*Vinyl floor restoration eg: remove old sealant and re-apply sealant
*Tile and grout cleaning
*Hard surface cleaning and sealing eg: driveways, courtyards and pathways
*Vertical blind cleaning
*Water damage restoration cleaning
*Sewerage damage restoration cleaning
*Carpet repair and re installation
*Fire and smoke damage restoration cleaning
