The 31,000 square metre site is well located to take full advantage of the excellent trade results enjoyed by the outlets which are established on its rear (or western) boundary.
The ex Bunnings Building of some 8,000 square metres GFA has been purchased by the Harvey Norman Group and is being completely refurbished and expanded by some 5000 square metres to accommodate a new Harvey Norman Super store.
