Realm Adelaide reinvents the Adelaide skyline, bringing a new calibre of apartment living to a city that¹s never been afraid to do things its own way. It will be the tallest building in the South Australian capital and is the first foray into the city for acclaimed integrated design practice, Elenberg Fraser.
Realm apartments are designed for open plan living and to maximise Realm Adelaide¹s panoramic views across the city.
Realm Adelaide¹s exterior is adorned with golden tones that pay tribute to the site¹s historic past.
The golden features are achieved through the use of custom perforated screens on apartments that aim to filter the sun and cool apartments in Adelaide¹s notorious summers.
Entry to the building is via a five-star hotel-style lobby featuring an inlaid stone with golden highlighted floor.
Level 8 and level 39 both feature extensive amenity for the use of Realm Adelaide residents.
Level eight features a Crossfit-enabled gym with extensive mixed-use gym equipment and a climbing wall, two private function spaces include dining facilities and a games room, and an outdoor terrace includes a 25-metre lap pool and spa.
Level 39¹s amenity spans 500 square metres inside and out and is exclusive to premium apartments. It has two zones: the wellbeing zone features an indoor yoga studio and an area suitable for a massage retreat, alongside changing facilities which opens onto the building¹s 270 square metre rooftop where a spa, steam room and sauna feature. On the entertaining side of the rooftop, a barbeque set alongside circular lounge seating offers a place to entertain.
Realm Adelaide sits directly opposite the University of Adelaide and on top of the Renaissance Arcade next to Rundle Mall.
It has the most central location to shopping, dining and entertainment in the CBD. The site will be located at 9-19 Austin Street, Adelaide.
