This price will Never Never be repeated. It does just not come better value than this. The price is “unreal” for a city apartment being well below Capital Value and replacement cost. Currently under management, it has maintenance and marketing taken care of but after the end of the current lease ends in 2021 (just 8 years away) there may be the opportunity to have your own little “live in” city pad for nights out on the town.
