This Project is reinvents the Adelaide skyline, bringing a new calibre of apartment living to a city thatâs never been afraid to do things its own way. It will be the tallest building in the South Australian capital and is the first foray into the city for acclaimed integrated design practice, Elenberg Fraser. This Project is where the story of vertical living begins, and with it a new way of experiencing the spirit of Adelaide
The development was designed by architectural practice Elenberg Fraser and will feature 320 one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, across 40 levels, as well as two separate and exclusive world-class wellness and entertainment retreats modelled on the best hotels internationally.These apartment lobby is designed to provide an experience akin to arrival at an international five star hotel, with a lavish golden and stone inlaid floor and building concierge to greet guests.
This Project concept of premium fixtures and finishes as standard introduces an unprecedented level of attention to detail. Slip into the enticing swimming pool on the podium terrace, work out in cross-training zones amid the cityâs rooftops, and meet and entertain friends and neighbours over twinkling city lights. This Projectâs expansive, considered spaces are designed for residents to call their own.
