Probably better known as the popular Lakeside Ski Resort, and currently utilised as a successful Recovery Support Centre providing sustainable accommodation and non clinical support to individuals with complex needs.

Lakeside is a rural property near Meadows on the Fleurieu Peninsula approximately 45km south east of Adelaide.

The property includes approximately 72acres of gum studded pastures traversed by Meadows Creek and is situated in a high rainfall area with ample water supply via a large lake teaming with fish, yabbies and bird life plus a bore and dams.

Adjacent to the lake are the accommodation and service buildings. These comprise an office and living quarters, clubrooms with magnificent views over the lake, expansive dining room, games room and kitchen.

The dining and games rooms overlook a central lawned area that is bordered by two bedroom wings and amenity blocks. There is a separate two bedroom cottage, a boat shed, implement shed, workshop and storage sheds.

The infrastructure is dynamic and could easily be converted back to a Ski Resort.
