Power is just inside the eastern boundary near the highest point on the land.

The land is bounded by Humbles Road and Burns Road – Saunders Creek runs through the property.
Some of the land has been used for cropping and there are interesting rocky outcrops in and about the grazing land. Furthermore, classic old gum trees and one particular gum, near a stone walled settlers ruin, next to the creek, would be approximately 500 years old.

The bore allocation (Licence No 113054-00) is 25,000K/L and currently has an annual charge of $200.00.
I have been advised by Aldgate Pumps that the hole is 45.5 metres deep – a 9.2KW model SP17-14 Grundfos which is capable of 20,000 litres per hour, quoted. The 112 metre head places the output into approximately the 4,000-5,000 gallon range. Salt content is quoted at being in the range of 1,600 – 1,800 parts per million, total salts. The bore was put down in 2003 – a Kubota KJ-T180VX-50-4 cylinder diesel unit (18KVA) drives the bore pump.
The land offers some very picturesque building sites with a lot of valuable infrastructure in place, including a valuable water resource of 25,000K/L.
