Water to the property is extensive with two bores (one of which does run low on output towards the end of Summer), however the other bore by the main shed operates very well with good quality water and has had relatively recent work performed on the casing. The bore pumps into a PVC tank situated next to the bore and is then pumped under pressure through a DAB pump for the garden and grounds.
There is also a considerable supply of rainwater, a 2,000-gallon galvanised tank collects water from the main shed complex, which then gravitates into a 22,000-gallon concrete tank. Thereafter a 5HP petrol Davey pump shifts water up to two header tanks above the residence. One 5,000-gallon and one 3,000-gallon on a stand. Whilst there is adequate gravity pressure, nonetheless constant pressure is supplied to the home via Onga on line pump through a filter. This also augments a steady supply of hot water through the Rinnai Infinity gas hot water service.
Adjoining the back door is an undercover hip roof entertainment area 10m x 4.5m with paving, light and power, also directly linked to a 6m x 4.5m hip roof double carport with light, sensor lights and there are also sensor lights on the gable of the home.
The shed complex consists of a three-sided 30′x20′ shed with light and power, a high gable lockable shed measuring 30′x20′ with cool room, and is directly linked to another 30′x20′ shed with toilet and wash basin. The shed complex also offers outside lighting. Recently the electrical box at the house and next to the bore have been upgraded, also the fuse box at the shed. New copper piping has been installed from pressure pump to the house. The cool room has a recently installed compressor unit.
