It is such a comfortable house. You feel it as soon as you when you walk in, especially into the kitchen/family room that looks out to the back garden. My favourite thing is to sit outside under the pergola with a nice cup of coffee, watching the birds waiting for the turn in the bird bath. Being so close to Morialta Falls and Black Hill Conservation Park, I get lots of rainbow lorikeets, Honey Eaters, Cockatoos, Willy Wagtails and even Kookaburras.
I just know that who ever owns this house will love it.
