Fabulous family room with sliding door access to the outdoor pergola. Very neat original bathroom. 3 bedrooms with built-in to main, the other built-ins need replacing. Duct evaporative air-conditioning, gas heating – Im cool and cosy. Double garage plus more. Yes I need someone new to love me and pretty me up a lot, but Ive stood the test of time and not a bad solid brick investment either. If you knock me down ill probably have room for 3 modern homes but S.T.C.C. of course.
