Aldinga Arts Eco Village
This block is bounded to the south by a communal apple orchard, to the west by a pond and some trees, to the east the block is protected and privatised by two berms covered with native shrubs, with a driveway accessing the block between them. To the south is another block. The south-eastern section has a view of the ranges to the east.

When you buy into the Eco Village, you are buying a home or block of land with shares in the common facilities, which includes a small farm. The Eco Village offers a secure, low energy lifestyle in a supportive community.

Services are underground at each block awaiting connection to the home – electricity, gas, TV, phone (communal arial) and water, which comes from the village connection to mains water. Each home must have a minimum tank volume of 10,000L. The village has its own sewerage plant, and a 17.2 hectare communal farm + communal orchards scattered throughout the village.

House plans must be passed by the building development committee before going to council for approval. Quarterly council rates $198.00, Strata fees $424.35 quarterly. A community centre is currently being planned.
