Since 2009 this quaint heritage-listed building has been home to the La Terre Caf. The current owners have taken La Terre Caf & made it a prominent restaurant/caf for locals & visitors to the area, with a warm welcome and a relaxing environment for breakfast and lunch whether you choose to dine inside, under the outside shaded area or on the verandah. Originally the old Atkinsons Bakery built in 1886 it operated as the corner shop and bake-house for around 80 years and is now preserved as an excellent example of a late nineteenth century store.
Historic Willunga was founded in 1839, is famous for its Saturdays Farmers Market, regional festivals & events and is a very busy holiday location bringing many visitors to the town.
